All India Essay Writing Competition (For students)

Various programs are organized every year under the Cultural development project of Vidya Bharati Sanskriti Shiksha Sansthan. In this series The All-India Essay competition is organized in Hindi and in the mother tongues of different regions. The essay competition is organized  according to the following categories-

Topics for this year -

(a)-Shishu Varg (Class 4-5)       मानवता का त्रास हरें हम!

(b)-Baal Varg (Class 6-7-8)        हमारे दैनिक जीवन में विज्ञान

(c)-Kishore Varg (Class 9-10)    मेरा देश बदल रहा है।

(d)-Tarun varg (Class 11-12)    डॉ॰ विक्रम साराभाई का भारत के वैज्ञानिक विकास में योगदान 

Rules

1- The essay writing competition is to be held at the school level on 14th September 2019. After that, evaluate all the essays in school and send the first five selected essays from each group and full participation list to the  provincial Samiti office within 7 days.

2- The essay will be written by sitting together in the school. A,4 (30x20 cm)  papers should be made available to all the participants by the school.

3- The participants will write only his description on the first page, wherein it will be compulsory to write the name, the name of  father, class, group, school with the name and address with pin code, the name of the provincial samiti , the name of the region in Hindi or in English  language in clear letters. Do not write anything other than this description.

4-  Write the essay leaving the one fourth margin. Write only on one side of the paper

5-  2 marks for clean and clear writing have been allotted.

6-  Contestants of each class shall have to write essays on one subject according to their class.

7-  The limit of words of essay writing is four hundred in the Shishu Varg, six hundred in the Bal Varg, eight hundred in the Kishore Varg  and eight hundred to one thousand words in Tarun Varg respectively.

8-  The handwritten essay should be written on the one side of the 20X30 cm size paper.

9-  Students  will be allowed to write essays in Hindi or in their mother tongue.

10- The essays that are not written as per the rules will be cancelled; the essays will not be returned back.

11-  Attestation by the Principal is essential on each essay.

12-  From all the essays received from the provincial committee, it is mandatory to send only the essay which obtained the  first position by the State / provincial samiti to the Vidya Bharti  Kurukshetra office         by October 15, 2019.

13- The  Organization has  the right to cancel any or all of the essays, without showing any reason. This will be acceptable to all.

14- The information about the  result  will be given to the school of the winner students and Vidya Bharati Sanskriti Shiksha Sansthan, Kurukshetra office by the provincial samiti.

15-  The certificate and award of the students who have secured first position will be sent by the organization after declaration of results to the concerned school.

 

Prizes - The students  securing  first position in each group will be  given a cash award of Rs 501.00  in the form of  good literature.

Special - While sending the best essay to the Central Office by the Regional Samiti, the details of the total number of participant  schools, the number of  participating students in the competition class-wise should be sent.
