All India Paper Reading Competition (For Teachers)

Subject: Why India ? Why not Bharata?

Rules -

1- In this program, one teacher from each region will read his paper using the audio visual medium on the above subject. It is not a declaration/ speaking contest, so it is necessary bring the paper written by self and then read it.

2- Time limit is 7 to 10 minute.

3- Medium- Hindi or English

4- Evaluation-           (a) Collection of data and the content -                                               10marks

                                    (b)Use of PPT and coordination with paper -                                    10marks

                                    (c) Expression and accuracy in pronunciation -                                10marks

                                    (d) Presentation and Reference            -                                           10marks

                                    (e) Answering the Questions and observing Time limit-                    10marks

                                                                                         Total                -                             50marks

5- Submission of written report and graphical material of the paperis essential.

6- All participants will be given rewarded.

7- The Unicode font it is mandatory to bring for the text used in PPT.

8-  It is compulsory to present all audio visual content including video clips, models, and charts by PPT. In its absence the paper will be invalid.

9-  Except PPT, no charts, flash cards, models, etc. are permitted to be displayed.

10- It will be mandatory for all the participants to give 3 copies of theirpaper to the judges.

11- This is paper reading competition, not acting, dancing or speech competition. Read the paper - Just point out your content (PPT) from your paper.

12- All three judges will give their individual marks. Results will be declared on an average basis by adding marking of all three judges.
