The population of five million forest dwellers in their country mostly lives in small villages and groups in Girindars and forests. Of these, about 1.5 million people have migrated to the cities to do the job or wages. In the official language, forest dwellers are called Scheduled Tribes (Schedule Tribes). The British named Tribals (Tribes) due to their devious policy of separating them from Hindu society, which is still popular today. We consider them as an integral part of Hindu society and address the word "Vanvasi". For the expansion of the work of the institute in such areas, "Undeveloped Public Education Fund" has been set up.

In sensitive areas, it is necessary to pay attention to the entire society for the education of tribal and tribal tribal areas. Because it is all such areas or classes where religious and anti-national elements are very active in raising anti-national activities. Due to lack of education in those areas, these international elements operate under the guise of conversion of education and medicine. In these areas engaged with the border, these awful activities take even more terrible forms.

Hence, Vidya Bharati Culture Education Institute takes special interest in providing resources and resources for the spread and protection of education and culture in these sensitive and neglected areas. For the last several years, the institute has given special financial grant / assistance to run single teacher schools and ritual centers in these areas and in terms of literacy propaganda. Since the beginning, the grant has been given to the total amount of Rs.335,20,000.00 (thirty three thirty five thirty thousand twenty thousand).
